The Earth Avatar Track

Process and Procedures

The Earth Avatar Track begins with the equivalent course ECO_800nhp as an alternative to ECO 800 for 1 credit and ends with it at 2 credits MS/level 2 certification or 3 credits Ph.D./level 3 certification or their equivalence. Note that ECO 800 can start even before the Orientation Course and this has proven helpful for students who later take that course.

History

In 1965 I choose to become an Earth Avatar through my felt senses and self-evident discovery in the Grand Canyon that Planet Earth was a living organism and I was a hologram of it in human form. Soon I recognized that other than my sense of literacy, it and I were identical. My willingness to take the risk of choosing to let Organism Earth be the boss and continually exploring this scientific discovery through expedition education in wild areas helped me develop and warranty the methods and materials of Project NatureConnect and now the Earth Avatar track. This track enables any interested person to feel confident enough to risk taking on the beneficial role or personage of an Earth Avatar.

An Earth Avatar consists of Planet Earth impersonating and being accepted as a citizen of Industrial Society via the process and links of the book/course The Hidden Organic Remedy (THOR): Nature As Higher Power, and its Warranty that Earth Avatars confirm.

Being an Avatar helps the socialization of contemporary citizens via their supported self-evidence validation to consciously know themselves as having two bodies; their literate body and their non-literate Other Body, Planet Earth that communicates as NNIAAL.

Project NatureConnect’s Natural Attraction Ecology Webstring Model for Educating, Counseling and Healing with Nature (ECHN) is an outcome of my 26 years of one month to year-long, consensus based, environmental studies, expedition education teams. These self-organizing, twenty-person, camp out and explore-nature communities dedicated themselves to combine Progressive Camping techniques with T-Group experiences, Alexander Wolf Psychiatric Group Therapy and the Process Philosophy of Alfred North Whitehead while making reasonable sensory contact with Earth as a living organism in natural areas throughout the United States.

Process

The Earth Avatar track consists of learning by doing, by being an Avatar to help others become Avatars or Avatar supporters, and by supporting other already certified Avatars. Earth Avatars are folks who have chosen to use THOR to help them create moments that let Earth teach and Validate Earth as their Other Body via conscious sensory contact with NNIAAL. This process is added to the Project NatureConnect Webstring Model Natural Attraction Ecology courses and to the student’s personal and professional life whenever possible via their present and potential sphere of influence.

As described in THOR, our Other Body is brought into the moment by moment, real time interactions and strategies that make the critical contributions, not coursework, but knowledge from it that can be applied by the Avatar to help our Other Body be active in the relationship and it is non-literate. For this reason, personal visits along with telephone and Skype type communication with Mike and others will be emphasized (360-378-6313. Skype mjcohen6313.

Email on the courses is excellent because the words speak for and from NNIAAL contacts with nature so they include an in-common unifying factor. Without this factor, email can create misunderstandings and divisions if for no other reason than it is talking behind the back of our Other Body. Real time contact activates many more webstrings and it is therefore stronger in some ways, if you know what you are talking about. That’s the key. We’re in trouble because CIS stories overwhelmingly corrupt input from our Other Body, so use Skype or the phone or a visit with Mike, or others who have some expertise, when questions arise, including questions on the Whole Life Question List, below.

Value

The value of THOR can be exemplified by the notion that if the Unibomber, and others similar to him knew how to be Earth Avatars, they would have beneficially expressed and healed the wounds they suffered from the profound loss of their childhood nature home. They would have accomplished this by helping others become Earth Avatars instead of having his loss-of-nature pain drive him into his unspeakable madness.

Many parts of Industrial Society are doing the same murderous things that the Unibomber did except that the victims are the present and future lives of people and natural areas that we have been socialized to deprive of personal, social and environmental justice. Are we not presently killing and maiming these innocents? This has long been recognized in proclamations like the 2010 Worlds People’s Conference on the Rights of Mother Earth and many similar documents. However, these conferences are like most of our leaders. They expertly identify the stressful problems we face but seldom give us a practical process like THOR to help us solve these problems. The tools they usually offer are the traditional nature-disconnected tools we have used for centuries and have brought us to where we are today. This additionally stresses us; it leaves us wanting, vulnerable and greedy so we further become part of the problem rather than its solution.

Our problem is our madness and Earth Avatars voluntarily, (by donation) make a critically needed tool, Educating, Counseling and Healing With Nature (ECHN), available because they are it and they can teach it to others, as is demonstrated in THOR. The Avatars walk their talk; they build trust and unity by being and offering a trustable, unifying, whole-life process. Avatars can be counselors, teachers, coaches, scientists or anything else of interest to them. They contribute by adding NNIAAL to their life and livelihood by continually asking themselves “What is my Other Body telling me in this moment” and then stratagizing how use of the answer.

Procedure

If you are an individual who chooses to participate in PNC Earth Avatar training and degree or certification track, just follow the core PNC steps to reach their goal. As part of this process you:

1.    Do THOR and its free course link listed there to start on the track no matter where you are in your studies. The track consists of adding Earth as your Other Body to the rest of the program as in the Process, above and other sections below.

2.    Continually Validate your training and life experiences by discovering and giving equal standing to the natural attraction sensations and sensibilities that your 54 natural senses register via genuine contact with your non-literate Other Body, Planet Earth/Nature in natural areas, backyard to backcountry. Recognize that this process introduces the workings of the natural world into the mathematical science Process Philosophy of Alfred North Whitehead and vice versa.

3.    Consciously choose to be real, to know and present yourself as a personification of NNIAAL and your Other Body/Earth. Keep in mind what you would sense and feel if somebody was going to take your other body away from you and sensitively help others do likewise. It's those frustrated or hurting NNIAAL feelings that we usually bury that are the communications from our Other Body that deserve to be heard and obtain social and environmental justice. Risking the reasonable expression of passion about the injustice and hurt is key to motivating and making change in a good way, many steps beyond just sharing information. Stay strong with this so you will be both aware and able to act when opportunities arise to support your other body and NNIAAL.

Explore for yourself what parts of Chapter 17 of Reconnecting With Nature help you and/or others recognize and embrace the life of your Other Body.

4.     Use social media to continually share the words, experiences and feelings that are part of your Validations and those others that you are involved with. Let NNIAAL do the work through your reasonable passion to support it by being its translator into verbalizing and emoting 54 natural senses, a unifying responsibility of our sense of literacy that was given to us for this very reason.

5.      Identify you sphere of influence with other people and places and ask them to consent to help you in your Avatar validations by sharing with you their thoughts and feelings about what you share with them. When NNIAAL in you finds a companion spirit in another person, encourage them to get involved and support THOR.

6.    Take advantage of opportunities that arise or that you orchestrate to let people know that you have two bodies and that your Other Body is Earth/Nature. Invite them to help you explore or reflect this discovery and/or do the THOR book with you. We’ll get it on Kindle when it in its most complete form or you can give it to them as an attachment.   Whatever comes out of doing this may not seem valuable now, but its contribution to them will be available in other situations that may appear later.
