The A-B-C of Sustainable
Personal and Environmental Wellness: the Organic Ecopsychology
of the Natural Systems Thinking Process.
If you recognize its
truth, why not use it to your personal and professional advantage
and help improve social and environmental well-being?
- "Surgical
patients have shorter hospitalizations, less need for pain medications
and fewer complaints about discomforts when they have hospital
windows that overlook trees rather than brick walls."
- "Police
report lower crime rates in areas of public housing that have
a density of trees."
- "Contemporary
people who live in environments that are more natural live longer."
- "Post-traumatic
stress victims recover by connecting in natural areas to "something
larger than themselves"
- "Nature-centered
people and cultures seldom display or cause the problems that
trouble industrial society."

A-B-C basics that include sensory consciousness of natural systems
within and about us.
Nature-connected online holistic
natural health medicines have shown to be a complementary naturopathic
home remedies to help us create sustainability
A. You and I are part
of nature and vice-versa. Water, air and nature's vital life energy flow
through us as they do all of our living planet. People are a
seamless continuum of natural systems and their ability to sustain
wellness.
To be a conscious
part of a system our consciousness and thinking has to be in
communication with the system and vice-versa.
B. We
don't expect a natural born rabbit or other organism to function
normally if we cut it in half or confine it to a closet. However,
although our ability to think is part of nature and produces
our destiny, it is normal for it to be disconnected from nature
over 99% of the time. We learn to spend over 95% of our
time indoors, closeted from authentic nature. This causes
nature to disappear from our conscience and consciousness.
C. Like a disconnected rabbit, our separation
from our restorative origins in nature deteriorates our wellness
and intelligence. The loss of nature's rejuvenating powers and
beauty in our daily lives misguides our thinking and senses.
Like opening a destructive
floodgate, without awareness of nature's everpresent guidance
in natural systems, the disconnected way we think produces our
greatest troubles along with progress and its discontents. Nature's
absence in our thinking has us believe that our problems and
nature's absence are normal. We have lost contact with the level
of consciousness and regenerative powers we need to sustain wellness
in ourselves and the environment.
The natural system's A-B-C,
above, explains why the nature-reconnecting activities offered
on this website help us reduce dysfunctions while improving wellness.
The activities enable us to consciously bring nature's restorative
powers back into our thinking, psyche and spirit. This helps
us transform our detrimental bonding into constructive relationships.
To omit these activities in self-help, education, therapeutic,
environmental or social programs is like trying to build a life
boat without the instructions and with one hand tied behind our
back. Those of us who omit them are too often part of the
problem we are trying to solve. This includes their omission
in holistic natural health medicines and complementary naturopathic
home remedies
Our great challenge is to overcome
our nature-disconnected conditioning. It tells us, falsely, that
we cannot connect of our psyche with natural systems, that we
cannot learn, grow and heal through that ecologically sound union.

people to understand something when their salary depends upon
them not understanding it."

About Organic Psychology
and the Natural Systems Thinking Process
The Organic Psychology of the
Natural Systems Thinking Process (NSTP) is a readily available,
accredited, easily learned, educational tool, an enabling social
technology and organic psychology that has been researched and
developed by Project
NatureConnect at the Institute of Global Education (IGE). The
purpose of NSTP is to provide education that helps the United
Nations meet its peace manifesto for environmentally sound personal
growth and social justice.
Organic Psychology enables
the thinking of contemporary people to make genuine sensory connections
with authentic Nature and its energizing, rejuvenating properties,
backyard or backcountry. It helps an individual benefit from
the healing and health-sustaining balance of natural system relationship-building
powers. As part of nature we biologically and psychologically
inherit 53 sensory connections with these powers but we learn
to hurt and suppress these senses in our separation from and
conquest of nature. They become subconscious.
The pain and frustration from
our excessive sensory severance from nature makes us want and
when we want there is never enough. This irritation underlies
greed and many other discontents and disorders.
Internationally, across the
Internet, NSTP enables us to reverse this phenomenon by choosing
to, at will, reconnect our thinking with nature. Online training,
degree programs and livelihoods are available in this regard.
They strengthen omplementary naturopathic home remedies and holistic
natural health medicines.
The best way to learn NSTP
is through our distance learning Orientation
Course and its training books.
"We are dysfunctional
socially and environmentally because we are cut off and isolated
from the world of nature and the natural."

"Project NatureConnect
strengthens alternative, holistic, medicine sensory tools that
help our psyche genuinely connect with natural systems within
and around us. Our personal and environmental well-being improves
through sustainable natural health medicine techniques that enable
us to thoughtfully tap into nature's balance, grace and restorative
powers."
