This is also true of our fundimental ways of knowing and relating to our planet home and its natural systems. When we build a house on a faulty foundation each additional part that we add is either warped by the foundation's fault, or, to avoid ending up with a warped house, each part must accommodate the fault. If the latter occurs, each part becomes a faulted existence of its former self. Each is a victim, each needs to be restored to return to its original integrity. Personally, socially and environmentally we suffer our dysfunctions because we are faulted. From early-childhood on we are each victims our society's great lies and half-truths. They distort our relationship with the life-supportive perfection of our origins in nature and the natural within and around us. This includes the distortion that we are not victims, it is our personal poor judgement that is at fault, not our society's deceitful stories about nature. The bonded lies about nature and Earth and ourselves that we endure have such a strong impact on our natural selves that they shape how we perceive the world and ourselves. As we accept these foundation lies as "normal," we become dysfunctional. Our denial that we as a society suffer a major "fault" with respect to or relationship with Planet Earth and nature prevents us from using a readily accessible organic remedy that enables us to correct the dysfunctions we suffer. After all, we don't need a remedy if we don't have a problem. One of the lies that hurts us is that our well being is not a fuction of enviromental well being.. The organic remedy offered here is exceptional because it helps us correct the faulty foundations of our destructive beliefs with respect to the environment and nature's ways. Below are our five major thinking faults. They are outright lies or half-truth distortions that incorrectly fixate our thinking during our pre-school years. They cause us to unnecessarily suffer, especially since we learn to admire leadership that perpetuates rather than corrects these lies. Organic Psychology gives each of us a remedy that helps us transform the destructive bonds and lies we suffer into constructive relationships so we are no longer victims of our leader's distorted thinking.   Distortion #1. Contemporary people are wiser and more intelligent than the way nature works. Nature cooperatively sustains optimums of life, diversity and well being without producing garbage or pollution or many of our other troubles. Nature/Earth has its own life-supportive global perfection that it has developed over the eons. We have invented no substitute for nature that does not have detrimental side effects. For example, substituting the abstract word "Tree" or "board feet" for conscious sensory contact with a real tree omits multiple sensory-emotional contributions to ourselves and the tree, contributions that give us additional information about a tree from a tree, contributions that support natural systems within and around us, including trees. These contributions are present in a hands-on connection between ourselves and a tree. Excessively knowing our relationship with Mother Earth through stories about it rather than conscious sensory experiences with it robs us of co-creating harmoniously with our planet. However, that error is mild compared to the dangerous falsehood that now destructively stresses us. Today, we build our lives around our emotionally bonded fixation that we live on the surface of Planet Earth. We don't. We live in the Earth, 300 miles deep in its atmosphere, imbedded in its biosphere where Earth's healing and renewing natural systems flow through and about us. As exemplified by the water cycle, throughout all members of the biosphere, a nurturing and restorative flow of natural systems is critical for the well-being of life, including our lives. Atoms, the solar system, and most other things, don't fall apart because they are held together by natural attraction. Attraction energy fills every space in nature. Space is not empty. Natural attraction energy is part of every atom and therefore everything else in the solar system, including ourselves and our psyche. Mathematics is a perfect science and logic that produces correct answers when used correctly. 1 + 0 = 1 is a constant that is universal. Mathematics is based on the numbers 1 and 0 and neither exist in natural systems or nature. No place in nature contains nothing/zero because attraction energies and other natural elements are everywhere. And there are rarely any constant conditions in nature, everything is in vibrant motion and flow. What may be labeled as "one" immediately changes so it is no longer the same one. What then does "one" identify in nature, nothing? Although false in nature, in our society, one and zero are a foundation of our thinking, economics, statistics and computer operation. They influence our self-esteem, too. For example, we as well as others don't think we are adequate if we believe 1 + 1 = 5.
