Our leaders suffer from Natural System Dysfunction
The leader of a roofing crew told a worker to stop throwing away new nails.
"The nails I'm disgarding are bad," replied the worker, "They point the wrong way."
"You idiot! Use your head! They are for the other side of the roof," said the leader.
"Worthwhile goals are best achieved when a community enjoys knowledgeable high morale and trust relationship solutions. They result from each member's self-confidence and their confidence in the skills, honesty, integrity and good spirit of the leaders and members of the community. "

You can make a difference. If you care to inquire in your community, you may verify the shocking findings of recent polls. They show that almost 75 percent of American believe their leaders are out of touch with the average person; 66 percent believe we are facing a leadership crisis, and 72 percent believe the United States will decline as a nation unless our leadership improves. Many in the remaining 25 percent also believe these things, just to a lesser extent.

A major reason we have little confidence in our leaders is simply that they neither deserve or earn it. People who were interviewed in the poll mentioned above said that our leaders are dysfunctional and that they did not trust them. Instead of promoting honesty and integrity they felt our leadership is riddled with money laundering, unfair partiality for the rich, scandals, nepotism, illicit sex and corrupt activities that deteriorate community services and relationships. People had no confidence in present solutions due to leader abusiveness and poor food and medical, pharmaceutical and media practices that lack communication, trust, information and courage. All this, they said, erodes their spirit and self-confidence. It is deteriorated by aggravated leader backstabbing, finger pointing and fear, rigidity, lack of self-control, the use of pain and power, disregard for the welfare of the public, cheating, stealing, ad nauseum.
The justice department and reporting media expose these leadership dysfunctions continually. An interesting observation is that the most trusted leadership is that from the military.
The behavior of our dysfunctional leaders is no secret. It is normal. To our great loss, it molds our relationships and outlooks into being dysfunctional personally and socially.
We usually can't change the misguided thinking of our leaders, and new leaders usually have the same dysfunctions as the old. What we can do, however, is transform our personal dysfunctions into constructive relationships by using readily available tools that enable us to do this and teach others how to do it. This makes us be and seek better leaders.
